Mr. Satya Sekhar brings over 18 years of expertise in electrical project management, system development, and energy optimization across leading industrial organizations.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led complex electrical infrastructure upgrades, implemented predictive maintenance strategies, and driven energy-saving initiatives. My work includes commissioning of synchronization systems, thermographic analysis, relay coordination, fault level calculations, and compliance with ISO and regulatory standards.

I held leadership roles in companies like ITC Ltd, Novopor Advanced Science, Deccan Fine Chemicals, JLL, and Punj Lloyd, consistently delivering safe, efficient, and innovative electrical solutions for industries across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.

With over 40 years of experience in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Mr. Dudhani is a recipient of the President’s Fire Service Medal for Meritorious Service, awarded by the late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. He has served in leadership positions at prestigious organizations like HAL, Alfa Laval, Hetero Drugs, and Porus Laboratories, and brings exceptional depth in safety audits, hazard analysis, emergency preparedness, and process safety management.
